Personal Bio:
Connie home schooled her four children for almost 15 years. They are currently in various stages of career and higher education pursuits. She volunteers with a Youth Mentorship program that Wisdom’s Lantern Ministry endowed through First Temple (Baptist) Church.
Connie is an active participant at New Life Methodist Church, Salado, Texas. She authors Faith-based and Neurodiversity articles for this Ministry.
She also contributes to other professional groups on various topics: Engineering, Ethics, Faith, Giftedness, and Neurodiversity where she serves a subject matter expert in the field.
Professional Bio:
Connie is the Chief Innovation Officer & Principal Architect for her new Neurodiversity Hub App released in early 2026. She is the Director of Clinical operations for her medical technology company, She Serves as the Chief Visionary Officer for her new Nonprofit announced in mid 2026: NeuroVariEnt:Challenging Normal.
She is also the former Texas Nurses Association Communications Committee Chair for District 7 and the current Programs & Events Committee Chair.
Connie works as a an Assistant Nurse Manger for the CenTex VA Hospital, in the mental health department (in-patient setting). Connie has 5 years of Registered Nursing experience specialized on in-patient Psychiatry.
Prior to becoming an RN, Connie worked as a CNA in various settings including, children’s hospitals and hospice care, for 5 years.
Connie started her career with 11 years working from home as an Architectural and Engineering Designer. She worked mostly with Structural Engineering companies and Home Builders in the DFW area.
